After purchase, you’ll complete a brief design questionnaire where you can share information about your home, style preferences, project goals, existing finishes, inspiration images, and other details relevant to your project.

• One coordinating trim color selection
• Personalized color recommendations based on your home and design goals
• Up to 2 revisions of each color
• Custom Paint Palette Guide with your finalized selections
• Custom Paint Plan when a client-provided floor plan is available
• Personalized guidance throughout the color-selection process via email or text

HOW IT WORKS
After I receive your completed questionnaire, I’ll contact you within 24 hours to begin the design process. We’ll work together via email or text to refine your selections and create a palette tailored specifically to you and your home.
Once your colors are finalized, you’ll receive your personalized Custom Paint Palette Guide in a PDF emailed to you so you can confidently move forward with sampling and painting your space.
PLEASE NOTE
This is a personalized interior design service and does not include physical paint, paint samples, or painting services. Custom Paint Plans are available when a client-provided floor plan is supplied; floor plan creation or drafting is not included.
Because this service is customized specifically for your project, work begins after your questionnaire is received.
CUSTOM PALETTE CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Before Submitting the Questionnaire:
You may cancel your custom palette service for a full refund before submitting your completed design questionnaire.
After Submitting the Questionnaire:
If your completed questionnaire has been submitted, 25% of the purchase price becomes non-refundable to compensate for time spent beginning the design process. The remaining 75% will be refunded.
Once The Project is Complete:
Once your completed Custom Paint Palette Guide has been delivered, the service is non-refundable.
