  • No. All paint palettes and design guides are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. No physical items will be shipped.

  • Yes. Each palette is professionally curated to create a cohesive flow from room to room. As with any paint selection, sampling colors in your own home is always recommended before painting.

  • I offer custom interior and exterior paint palette services. Each custom palette is thoughtfully designed around your home’s architecture, finishes, lighting, and personal style.

  • Over my 15+ years of design practice, I have honed my process to make it easy and enjoyable to help client choose paint colors and avoid costly mistakes in their homes.

    After purchasing a custom palette, you’ll receive instructions for submitting photos and information about your home. We then work together to create a professionally curated palette designed specifically for your home.

  • If you’re hoping to use a particular paint color, just reach out before purchasing. I’m happy to let you know whether it’s included in one of my palettes or recommend the palette that coordinates best with it.

  • Our custom interior paint palette packages include custom color and trim color selection tailored to your specific home and style preferences.

  • Getting started on your custom palette is easy. Simply purchase a custom palette package for your desired number of paint colors. I will then send you the client questionnaire with some quick questions about your home and style. Once you return the completed questionnaire to me, I will contact you within one business day to discuss your project and get started!

  • The process can take as little as a few days or up to a few weeks. The timeline depends largely on project size and client response time throughout the process.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly, usually within one business day.

  • Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, no refunds or exchanges are accepted for our downloadable palette products.
